Participants must be attending a school that is in the South Eugene or Churchill High School boundary at the time the season starts.  Parents will need to provide a report card from the previous year for verification or will need a letter from the school to confirm that the student is enrolled for the Fall. This includes private schools and home or online schools.  The report is also used to verify scholastic eligibility (70% or 2.0 GPA).

Yes.  Each participant must turn in the Willamette Valley Youth Football and Cheer form signed by a medical provider in order to start practices. Physical forms are good for two years.  Most medical providers will complete the physical form if your child has had their annual well-child check-up so please reach out early to get this done!  Physical forms are found under the Forms tab.

Yes.  We ask that you pay $125 for the initial registration fee and then the remaining $150 is due the first week of August.  We want all athletes to have the opportunity to play so if other arrangements are needed please reach out to the board at [email protected].

Also, any 4J School District family participating in the free and reduced meal program, or any other form of public assistance, will receive a 33% discount through your association. If you qualify please select the payment plan option to reflect this.

Yes.  The Willamette Valley Youth Football and Cheer league offers each association three scholarships per season (2 football and 1 cheer).  If you are in need of a scholarship please complete one of the scholarship forms and return via email to [email protected].  In addition to the league scholarships our association is able to offer some full and partial scholarships thanks to local business and individual donations.

If you are willing to help sponsor another participant please see the registration page where you can select to pay an additional $50.  All money will be used to cover the registration cost for those participants that are not granted a league scholarship.  If you or someone you know is interested in contributing to our program in general please reach out to the board at [email protected]!
